Not to burn any bridges out there, but my mom is definitely the coolest mom of all time. I can't be with her in person today, but I was back home for the majority of this past week and we had some fun times.
When my family was coming home from dinner out one night this week, we were laughing about something, and my mom said, "Remember when you were in middle school and we used to fight all. the. time?" Well, yeah, I remember. Don't remember why, but I remember how EVERYTHING my mom would say to me would feel LIKE SO AWFUL.
Luckily, I'm past the moody teenager phase (I'm 20 now, what whaaaat!!) and I love talking to my mom. She's my best friend, and I'm so lucky to have her. Happy mother's day, mom! Love you to bits.
